At Running Paws & Fun Retreats, we believe a walk should be more than just stretching legs and burning energy. That’s why we offer Enrichment & Adventure Walks — carefully designed experiences that support your dog’s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
What Are Enrichment & Adventure Walks?
Unlike standard walks, enrichment walks are slower-paced, purpose-led, and tailored to each dog. They focus on mental stimulation, exploration, and confidence building, using the environment as a natural enrichment tool.
Adventure walks take this one step further by introducing new locations, varied terrain, and fresh sensory experiences, helping dogs develop resilience and adaptability in a safe, structured way.
Why Enrichment Matters
Dogs experience the world primarily through their noses. Allowing them time to sniff, explore, and engage with their surroundings:

When Do Enrichment & Adventure Walks Start?
Our Enrichment & Adventure Walks officially launch in February 2026, with our first walks taking place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February.
Spaces are limited to ensure quality, safety, and individual attention, so early booking is strongly recommended.
How to Book
Bookings are quick and easy and can be made directly through our website. Simply visit our booking page, select Enrichment & Adventure Walks, and choose your preferred date.
If you’re an existing customer, your dog’s details will already be on file. New customers can register online before booking.
